All apartments (50 m2) have been completely renovated and equipped with fitted kitchen (fridge, microwave, vitro ceramic plate, oven, washing machine), a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet .

Since KAZ OCEAN, quick access to the Route des Tamarins (5 km) allows to discover the main tourist sites, classified as UNESCO heritage: the must Piton de la Fournaise volcano, the most active the world, the impressive Cilaos with stunning landscapes, the Piton Maido whose panorama discovers Mafate only accessible on foot, or even explore the beautiful south coast of the island with colourful landscapes
