This magnificent house is located on Rue de Paris in the heart of Saint-Denis in the 19th century. It was Alphonse Aubinais, a lawyer in Saint-Denis, who on January 9, 1893, purchased this land from Frédéric Michel located at the corner of Rue Roland Garros and Rue de Paris. He had a two-story house built there in 1894.
The Villa Angélique, a 4-star hotel establishment based in a 19th-century Creole house, and listed in the inventory of Historic Monuments since March 29, 1996.
